Joey's Creekside Cabin

$200 deposit is required for a reservation. This deposit is refundable if a reservation is not cancelled, the cabin is left reasonably clean upon vacancy, there are no damages, and the key is returned.

$150 per night for 2-3 nights  (2 night minimum)
$135 per night for 4-6 nights
$875 per week
$1500 for 2 weeks
Cleaning fees included
There is an additional 10% tax.

Chester's Creekside Cabin

$100 deposit is required for a reservation. This deposit is refundable if a reservation is not cancelled, the cabin is left reasonably clean upon vacancy, there are no damages, and the key is returned.

$110 per night (3 night minimum)
$700 per week
$1300 for 2 weeks

There is an additional 10% tax.

We accept PayPal through the use of bank transfer or credit card. Please contact us for further information.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Being a small establishment, we are unable to absorb changes in plans and/or cancellations due to weather, health issues, or reasons beyond our control. When you reserve a cabin, we agree to turn away all other requests for the cabin you select and guarantee to hold it for the day(s) you request. An acceptance of your deposit is our confirmation of your reservation.

Within 5 minutes: fishing, golfing, restaurant

Within 15 minutes: sightseeing and photo opportunities in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Blue Ridge Parkway, rafting adventures, horseback riding, gambling at the noted Harrah’s Casino, riding the Great Smoky mountain Railway across the Fontana Lake Trestle, unique shopping for local artwork and crafts, and dining at fine local restaurants.

Within one hour, you can travel to the Biltmore Estate in Asheville or to Pigeon Ford for shopping and entertainment or visit Dollywood.
